We will agree a fee structure, take the client’s brief and define his/her needs before producing a design and specification document that can be competitively tendered.

Using our 26 years’ experience in the audio–visual market, we can assist clients by identifying and contacting suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the proposed project and establish their willingness to tender for the work.

In order to ensure fairness in tenders, we will prepare a performance specification for every project that will be written in a clear and jargon-free way.

After selection of the successful bidder, we will supervise the contractor’s work and ensure that the client’s objectives have been met in full before advising payment.

We will also act as a conduit between the client and contractor during the initial warranty period to guarantee the ongoing smooth running of the AV system.
